Return Policy

Non-Personalized Items:
You may return non-custom products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Personalized Items:
Custom and personalized items (engraved pens, customized gadgets, notebooks) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund promptly.

Return Process:
